Virtual public meeting
Local information – North Lancashire (Blackpool, Fylde and Wyre)
Two public meetings (afternoon and evening) were held on Wednesday, November 14 2007 at Blackpool Winter Gardens. More than 90 people in total attended the two sessions.
Presentations were made by senior people from Lancashire Care NHS Trust, Lancashire County Council and local Primary Care Trust (PCTs are the organisations that plan and buy health services). These presentations were about local issues such as travel times and the availability of public transport to each of the possible sites.
