Initial Site Selection Meeting - Local information - East Lancashire
Two public meetings (afternoon and evening) were held on Monday, October 29 2007 at the Globe Centre, Accrington, East Lancashire. More than 90 people in total attended the two sessions.

Presentations were made by senior people from Lancashire Care NHS Trust, Lancashire County Council and local primary care trusts (PCTs - the organisations that plan and buy health services). These presentations were about local issues such as travel times and the availability of public transport to each of the possible sites.
