New Build for the Fylde Coast

The trust’s preferred site for the Fylde Coast is Whyndyke Farm, Blackpool. 

Whyndyke Farm is located on Preston New Road just off junction 4 of the M55. 

The trust is currently in discussions with the landowners to purchase part of this large site and the new unit will be subject to the trust receiving planning permission.
