Service Transformation Projects

A number of projects are underway to improve and modernise mental health services.

The New Build project will replace the trust's existing wards with state of the art inpatient units. Working alongside this major project is the Service Transformation Programme. This is a collection of projects that will transform all of the trust's services in order for it to become the best mental health provider in the country.
