Welcome to the Children and Families Speech and Language Therapy website. We offer a speech and language therapy service to people who are registered with a GP in the following areas.

In Central Lancashire we provide our service in Chorley and South Ribble as well as Preston and Longridge.

In East Lancashire we provide our service in Blackburn with Darwen, Hyndburn, Ribble Valley, Rossendale, Burnley and Pendle.

We also provide a service in West Lancashire.

Our Role:

 

We aim to provide evidence based services that anticipate and respond to the needs of individuals who experience speech, language, communication or swallowing difficulties. Speech and Language Therapy works in partnership with these individuals and their families and with other professions and agencies to reduce the impact of these often isolating difficulties on people's well-being and their ability to participate in daily life.
