    I have at least 4 publications in a peer review journals. I am currently in the process of publishing paper on mental health in Libya.

    I am part of the local community and taking part in supporting refugees from Syria.

    I am proud to be substantive consultant and want to make difference in quality of service.

    The best things about LCFT / your job
    LCFT has huge geographical area, so there is a lot of opportunity to work in different part of Lancashire. LCFT in the middle of Northwest, close to Manchester airport and Blackpool zoo.
    The trust has good IT department and there is always opportunity to work from home. The trust has opened a MBU which provides service for the whole country.

    What can trainees get out of this post
    The trainees will have the chance to see wide range of mental illness. In Home Treatment Team, every day is different and trainees will never feel bored.

    I have 4 children.
    I live on Longridge Fell and have a small holding with sheep and chickens. I also enjoy cycling around the Ribble Valley.

    The one thing I am most proud of is winning an award for best clinical teacher for Manchester Students based in Preston for academic year 2017-2018

    Lancashire is a wonderful county. I can get to work quickly and have a good quality of life.
