Wellbeing Workshop

Who to refer:

  • Low mood/Depression
  • Anxiety/Stress

 

Group Structure:

  • 6 group sessions
  • 2 hours in length for 6 weeks
  • Small group interactions are encouraged in order to discuss case studies and exercises 
  • No pressure to contribute to whole group discussions, but very welcome to do so
  • Provided with slides and workbooks each week
  • Will need to practice techniques at home
