Posted on the 19th February 2018

Lancashire Care NHS Foundation Trust and its partners from across the country have been shortlisted for three awards in the brand new HSJ Partnership Awards 2018.

Each of the partnerships have supported the organisation to improve the health and wellbeing for people in Lancashire, whilst also being shortlisted for numerous awards at a ceremony which recognises the best partnerships between the NHS and other organisations.

Heather Tierney-Moore, Chief Executive at Lancashire Care NHS Foundation Trust said:

“We are delighted that our partnerships with GE Healthcare, Home Group and Ward Hadaway have all been shortlisted for the brand new HSJ Partnership Awards. By working together with other organisations, we are able to develop and improve in order to provide the best possible service that we can for the people living in Lancashire.

“We are so proud to be part of so many fantastic partnerships across the county and extremely pleased to be recognised at national level!”

Home View, an innovative partnership with Home Group has been shortlisted for Best Clinical Support Service. The application has been shortlisted for its initiative and long-standing partnership between the NHS and private sector, which helps the health and care system to transform during these changes, by providing the tools and techniques to collect, analyse and model information about the whole workforce.

Shortlisted for Legal Service of the Year, is the Trust’s legal provider Ward Hadaway who have been recognised for the work around the organisations Knowledge and Legal Advice Centre (KnowLA).
